I feel her pain. My shops were not closed yet but this happened to me. I cancelled all my listings. I'll be damned they get another dime from me. Screw it. It took time, but I have learned to move forward, but when you put the time into a business and then have it ripped away from you...well, action taken by Etsy is wrong, very wrong. When I look at the growth of the resellers over there, it is disgusting that they dare to call themselves a "handmade" site. Shame on Etsy.
